Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of just $5.00 for 1 item, or $10.00 for 2 or more items.
Normal delivery is by Australia Post standard service. Please allow 7 working days. For Express Post, please indicate on the order form and include an extra $5.00.

PAYMENT

We accept payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa and Bankcard) through our secure payment gateway, as well as cheques and money orders for postal orders. If you prefer not to purchase online, you can download a printable version of our order form, which you can post (PO Box 7017, Aspendale 3195 Australia) or fax to us (+61 3 9587 8457). Orders will be shipped once funds are cleared.

RETURNS POLICY

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange (excluding all postage costs). You must however, return it within 14 days from date of purchase, in original packaging, unused and undamaged. Please include the invoice number, reason for return/exchange, your name, address, and phone number/email.
